I have a question about what tire sizes will fit on a 1993 S-10 with a 2 inch spindle drop. I would like to be able to keep my current 225/70x15 tire and wheel combination.

I have looked at the Tire/Wheel Fitment chart posting on the Wheels, Tire & Brakes forum, but they start at least a 3 inch drop. The other postings I have read seem to either refer to either a larger drop than I want or are for later vehicles.

Thanks

Not sure what the concern is... if they fit with a 3" drop they will fit with a 2".

The concern is that the fitment chart indicates that a 3 inch drop requires a 60 profile tire. There is no indication about what tires will work on a 2 inch drop.

Simple math...
20x8 4.5 BS 245 40 20 <--biggest you can go on front with 20s and not rub unless you have bags then you can go lower and lift it
A 245/40r20 is 27.7in in diameter... which is taller than your tires.

Then again you didn't mention the offset or width of your wheels either.
