Hey guys i need some advice on what kinda of tires to buy. I want wide tires that i can rotate, make it threw potholes, and corner nice and quiet. I won't be driving in winter

I narrowed my choices between BFG, Kumho, and Yokohama
A 255 55 16 would give me a direct replacement but only Kumho Ecsta Stx makes them.

BFG make g-forces in 245 50 16 and comp t/a in 255 50 16

Kumho make supra712 in 255 50, 245 50, and 255 55

Yoko makes avids 255 50

I am leaning toward the g-forces but that will mess up my speedo but i will live.

I like the look of the lower profile but I live in MI, but i want something that will ride nice, 3 seasons of the year

Please help me decide :) Thanks alot

28" tall fronts w/2" drop=barely rub when the wheel is turned to full lock (my snow tires). I like my Yokohama avid st's - also had good luck w/BFG's.

Dude you're talking .07" difference in height, you shouldn't have a problem. I'd go with BFG's or the Yok's, Kumho's blow ass as far as tread life.
