i have a question. I have a 97 s-10 that i have had dropped on 3' coils for about a year with a set of 18x9 kmc rims. yesterday i pulled out of the old springs and put in AIM industries 2'spindles and 1' coils with 2 new shocks. When i go forward there isnt a problem, but in reverse my tie rod on just the passenger side rubs the inside lip of the rims. Ive never seen anything like this and i have dropped and worked on my share of trucks. somebody suggested grinding it down, almost like notching it. but i was thinking that when i hit a bump it will still hit. the driver side tie rod is close to the rim but not rubbing. any suggestions??
