I have a 92 S-10 Blazer, cranks just fine if it's been setting overnight . If you crank it, turn it off, and try to crank it again it wont start. Also you have to keep the rpm's up or it will die. I've changed the Throttle position sensor, and the fuel filter to no avail. Anyone have any suggestions?

Check your fuel PSI.

is it throwing any codes?

pull a spark plug and see if it's fouled

No, the fuel pump isent tied in with the ECM other than the power circuit to turn the pump on. It does sound like a fuel problem to me too. thats a good place to start. Do you have a fuel pressure guage?
