Those that have factory floor shift. Do any if you happen to have a picture of the solenoid or mechanism that prevents the key switch from being turned off in gear. I recently converted to floor shift from column and my ext cab 03 truck definitly doesn’t have the plug for it. Anyways. I have everythung wired correctly for the shifter except since removing the column shift mechanism I don’t have the solenoid that locks the key switch from being turned off while in gear and removing the key in gear. I’d like to find the correct part to mount to fix that. Before anyone says just swap columns. I’m not doing that. All I’m looking for is a pic of the solenoid from a factory floor shift aolenoid that prevents the key removal i gear or part number for the part. Please no guesses. There’s lots of articles with guesses that dead end with no solution.

I believe that covered that in the links in your last thread. Just a guess, but I think it’s the little white tube that’s in the pictures.

If it’s covered in those links. It’s hidden. Cause like I said with the other questions. I’ve read every page of those links before starting
but please please. Show me I’m wrong. It’ll help me and anyone else that has asked these same questions and the threads dead end with no answer. Could be one of the many pics that do not work.
