Well this is my first post on the board, I just came over here from the s10Xtreme board...

Anyway, I am really thinking about baggin my X. I have a 2001 Xcab fleetside. I don't really know much about bags at all, I just know they are hella sweet!

If you guys have any tips, or sites where I could find info on them, for install, or just general info on how these systems work, it would be great!

If I cut the bump stop bracket in the rear will I need a notch to lay it on the ground? I wont be laying frame since I have the GFX but still. I am also rollin on 20s (255/35/20). I know in the front i will hit the wheel well. How do you get around this. Are there taller aftermarket inner fenders?

I'm trying to get into some shows, bags would be a great addition but at the sametime my X is a daily driver. Would you suggest getting bags for a daily driver?

I know lot's of questions, and thanks for any help you all can give me!!!

you will need to notch the rear i suggest a 4-link cut the fender wells and drop spindles. s-10`s are easy to lay the frame

has pics of an Xtreme we did, its running monoleaf right now but may go to a 2 link set up. The rear fenders not a problem, the front runs into problems depending on tire size. If you run the stock rubber up front you need to lose the fenders to let it lay all the way down.

As far as not laying to hard on the skirts, bumpstops help with that. If you have any questions on how to bag it, feel free to drop me an e mail.

hey jeff, i've heard people say they have 2-links, but I am curious to know about them. I'm running monoleaf, and would like to have some kinda simple link setup.
