3 weeks ago I bought a 2000 S10 4wd extended cab with a 4.3l for my kid to drive to look for a job. It ended up being more of a long term project because it’s cold and I don’t want to crawl under it to replace the brake lines…. And it has other issues…. I’m going to save it as a winter beater so my Jeep doesn’t start rusting away in the Michiganistan winters
today I bought another 2000 S10 4wd extended cab step side that is a lot uglier but the brake lines have already been done. The kid is waiting on the title so I told him I’d give him $1200 for it when he has the title in his hand. It also needs a few things like exhaust work and front tire. The back tires look new….. but anyways my boy can start driving it right away after we get a plate on it.
I’ve had a few Sliverados, a few Suburbans…. But I’ve only had 1 S10 Blazer and I didn’t have it long enough to have to work on the engine. I ask a lot of dumb questions… I can’t use search that well because I often don’t know how to describe the issue in search terms…. I am also autistic so I don’t understand sarcasm or humor, tend to be blunt, and straight to the point.
