ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!!!!

STOP THE BOLT ON MADNESS!!!!!

It all started about five years ago when I wanted to customize my 98 ZQ8 S10. At the time I did not have the space or the resources to commit to building a full custom truck. So I started looking for a body kit to set my truck apart from the rest...... I found non that I cared for.....

so the journey began....

I decided to build my own body kit

these are things the body kit would not be !!!
inadequate mismatched bolt on parts, gaudy, tacky, poor fitting, distasteful, disjointed, with no sense of style, design or continuity... just plain ugly..

these are thing that the body kit would be !!!
good lines, sense of style, clean, strong, bold and smooth. all complimenting the truck using GM styling ques. wheel arches designed for 20"s, more engine compartment space, one piece forward cantilevering hood, shortened and shaved bed, and most importantly built in the USA....

so there it is, what a task... five years, three trucks, tens of thousands of dollars, countless hours, blood sweat and yes even tears......

HERE IT IS!!

holy shit, that actually looks kind of cool, I'm curious to see where you take this.

Are you going to do more work on the cab? I figure as much . . .

im actually impressed, it looks like an extension of the body (like bmw's) rather than something that was thrown on the bottom (like ricers)

ya since the photo I shaved the door handles rear drip rails and 3rd light its still in primer

no its not flimsy I had the parts glassed by a local glass shop, they gave me exelent guidance for the design and engineering of the parts and I have had it down the road north of 70mph no prob.

there bmw x5 20" x 9.5 I couldnt find any thing American that was fitting to the body kit nothing " race inspired" mostly bling stuff it didnt really appeal to me

Upload to photo bucket or tinypic then copy the .img code and paste

Those wheels look totally SICK on there... they definitely compliment the body kit well!

truck is sick, i love the body kit(the first one ive ever seen that i like) really like the cowl hood and front end!!. Everything on the truck is flows great. Not to often do you see an s10 different from the rest, you definatley accomplished that

ya no doubt, I'm about two months or so out from my first body kits being shipped all I've got left is to build a production version of the inner bed, plug and play wire harness for the front and rear lights of the truck and refining the bolt on mounts for the body kit so thy can me "mass produced" then there shipped!
