I have a 2.2l with 200 miles on the build, that consist of new cam rod and main bearings.
The top end I did not touch, didn't even pull the Pistons out.

So my question, I just bought an oil change, is synthetic blend oil ok to run. On this fresh bottom end?

Pretty sure the owner's manual calls for conventional 5w-30. I've been running full synthetic on mine for the entire time I've owned mine (13 years) without issue. I would run Royal Purple oil filters if you want the best for filtering.

Yeah, It does, 5w30 or 10w30. I'm running 5/30 right now on this break-in. But I bought synthetic blend oil to change too.
