If I was lying about not receiving the ammo (that you never shipped) why would someone else post up a thread on BersaTalk.com about you ripping them off as well? It was posted around the same time I contacted you about not receiving my ammo. Face it you scammed us. You are also the reason why there is no longer a For Sale forum on BersaTalk.com

You may have had 7 boxes of ammo to sell and sold it to one person, but kept the ad up when you realized you could keep getting money in. You continuously lied to me over and over again. You made up story after story about how you were SOOO broke you couldn't afford to pay your own bills, had to move in with your parents, didn't have a job, and so on. All while you continued to spend money on other guns, parts for your truck, and whatever else was not as important as paying me back.

And as for paying me back $10 a month for 10 months... I am not a bank. I do not give out interest free loans to strangers on the internet. I never agreed to these terms. I gave you deadline after deadline to pay me back the full amount. You routinely ignored them.

I have filed a claim with the United States Postal Inspection Service. I have contacted the other guy you ripped off and he is also going to file a claim. The US gov't doesn't take mail fraud lightly. I will be posting your communications with the other guy on here shortly.

You brought this upon yourself.

just got back online Brian, I do not have your 100 dollars and the people at the mailbox store keep stuff in a huge box making it nearly impossible to look it up and say yeah it here is a tracking number so I can make an attempt to get a refund from the insurance on the original package...your not the only one, i sent multiple items that day and it seems soemone swiped them all...dont know what to tell you as for right this second, my mother was just in a car accident along with my grandmother, she can barely keep track of anything now a days with the concusion, and will not be working for an extended period of time, myself...all of my money has been going to pay her bills now, so a refund is out of the question at this point...however I did ship what I had in 380 out, glaser silver safty slugs, yesterday. once again im sorry i cannot issue a refund imediatly, i just have to take care of my family first.

If any of this were true I would be OK with it. The fact of the matter is this. You claimed you never received my money order. You even claimed this on the exact same date that it was cashed. You also continued to claim that you never saw it for a week after that. Now you claim you did receive it and shipped it out but did not send me a tracking #. This is just not adding up. You have to take care of your family first, but I also have to take care of mine. As far as you should be concerned, my $ should be sent out before any other bills as those bills will not land you in jail for non-payment. $100 is not that much to come up with.

You can afford internet access you can afford $100. I don't want to get ugly with this situation, but it's approaching 1 month and I really have no other option here. You may not have intended to scam me, but the situation as it stands now is that I have paid for something that I have not received. I have no control over your shipping company or your lack of tracking information. If I were you and you did in fact ship something, I would go down there in person and explain the situation to them and do not leave until you have it handled.

I will give you until Friday October 16, 2009 to either have a $100.00 money order in my hands or provide documentation of the filed insurance claim.

I don't think you really understand the situation. I paid for something that I never got. Thats $100 of my hard earned money that you cashed and spent. I did not receive what was agreed upon. This is now approaching 3 months that I will be without my $100 or ammo. You can not provide any proof that you sent me the ammo, and you lied about receiving my money.

I feel I have been MORE than fair in giving you time to correct this situation. Taking the $100 US Postal money order, cashing it, and not sending the ammo makes this a federal crime. If I were you I would make it a priority over other bills and expenses to pay me back first as I feel confident that none of them will land you in jail. So provide us with the exact store you used and I will contact them. Give me their phone #. I'll bet without a doubt that they will tell me they've never done this. They don't receive packages without giving you a tracking number. You don't have to "call back 3 hours later..." That's something a lying inbred crackhead would say.

If you did in fact agree to this then tell me WHY you said you never received my money order when you cashed it a week after I sent it? I gave you my name and address which was WRITTEN ON THE MONEY ORDER, but you still said "nope never got it." And don't give me this "oh I sent out tons of ammo to other people garbage." If you did then bring them forward. Provide us with their usernames on bersatalk.com. There has been NOBODY step forward to defend your name on EITHER website.

So if you do have some yellow piece of paper that proves you shipped it, why don't you scan that or take a picture of it and post it here to prove yourself.



Oh and btw... I filed another complaint with the FBI. Seems they are also interested in these types of internet scam crimes.
