had this build for a while, did a write up on it. amp is under false floor. im looking to do another build but not take up so much room, also thinking only one 12" with some kind of a box build that makes it sound like two? any ideas?

Now you see my s10 in my avatar. You have the weak 4 cyl hehe. but mine's a v6 4.3 vortec engine. I can't imagine a p/u with a 4 cyl engine if I need to haul or tow something. Yous looks nice tho..

Onto thte audio. I'm thinking of either 1 or 2 8's in mine. Yours might be a tad diff if you go with a single 12 and still have room. Also depends if you wanna make use of the jump seats.

Just finished install tonight,
Kenwood head unit.
4" Kicker 40CS44 in dash and pillars.
3 Planet Audio AC12D 12s in sealed box. Currently wired to 3 ohms.
Soundstream T1.6000DL 6000W Tarantula Series Mono Block Class D Amp.
Second battery.

Next upgrade will be alternator, however since mine is 2.8L with adjustable bracket running into roadblock on what to get without spending a ton of $$. Otherwise clean up wires and find better brace to keep box and battery level and call it good.

Here is mine, nothing special...I realize this is an old thread but still has some momentum. I built my first go around for the passenger side jump seat hole....I suck at building speaker cabinets and I will most likely build another one to fit better but it sounds good and is out of the way for carrying my stuff back and forth to the hunting cabin and everyday driving... hope you guys like it.

I like it a lot , it has built in cross over and a para metric EQ ... for the price it was a Great Deal ....Nav works well also

If your aware or not, those CT amps have a vibration issue from subs resonance. Meaning, the boards inside are not supported as they should have been, The buildhouse cheated. There's more info if you do a search but wanted to express my readings from car audio forums to ya. Just in case you didn't know.

ya I have heard that already. The ones I kept hearing having the main issues were the bigger amps. I'm using this one for a little until I get my electrical stronger then switch to a stronger amplifier. Put 2k rms, instead of 1.5k

That looks like a tight fit. Our dashes are very alike....and it fits a 1.5 din well. Did you need a special dash kit to fit a double din? Any mods involved?
