Well I had full coverage on it. But my insurance coverage got dropped. But the lady said she had full coverage.i was already paying $220 for full coverage thats covering customizations and everything. But now that i have a accident on my record and two tickets its gonna kill me when I reinstate it
That's great that she has full insurance! Now you have no responsibility and she is taken care of! That's a relief!

What BS excuse did your insurance company use to drop you? I'm sure it's some clerical error.

As for the tickets and wreck, don't sweat it man! I'm sure the insurance company knows none of it was your fault!

Unless her insurance company decides to take him to court to get their money back. There is no doubt they'd win, but I'm sure they'll do a financial check first to see if it's worth their effort to try and get blood from a turnip. All depends on how the local state laws are regarding court awarded settlements. Here in WI if you have an unpaid court order you can't buy or sell a vehicle because they won't register it. Or a home. Other than that there is no enforcement. Some states will garnish your wages until it's paid.

Blood from a stone... or a block... might be a more apt metaphor here...

If people pay attention and are practicing defensive driving techniques, the chances of having an accident are slim to none.
At 32 I already feel like people need to get the hell off my lawn... but honestly across the entire social spectrum whether you're 16 or 60 personal responsibility is lacking in virtually every aspect of life. It is always someone else's fault.

Which makes defensive driving that much more important. Not to pick on the younger crowd, but I think part of the problem is they think they are indestructible and nothing will happen to them. Perhaps a little less texting while driving, impatience, fb, Twitter, or other social media, and a little more evening news to keep count of all the people that die, or are killed by others in vehicle accidents that aren't paying attention would help.

Or spend a bit of time watching live leak death compilations... or as I call them- the Darwin channel.

Seems I read somewhere recently that distracted driving has finally surpassed DUI as the number 1 highway killer.
Been the number 1 cause of non-fatals for a few years.

For safety's sake I may have to take up drinking and driving again.
" Geez officer I wasn't texting, I'm just drunk."

Probably not, my SO's rant wouldn't be worth it.

That my license was suspended I found out after calling. Since the cop took it. I tried everywhere around town. I used gieco because they gave me full coverage and they covered all my mods. And i have gap insurance from my bank on it. So if its totaled out id get $10,000 to $12,500. All for $220 a month. And tell me about it i was hoping I was going to be on the hook for $15,000 lol

What was done to your truck wouldn't be considered mods by any stretch of the imagination. Too bad there isn't a Snapchat option...

$220 /mo?
I'm paying that per year on my 98 ZR2.
I'm old with no accidents or tickets in 20 years. I did roll my SO's Blazer a few years ago on some ice, but that was covered by her insurance. Plus I get a 25% multi-car discount.
What I don't like is that discount is the same with 2 or 6 cars covered.
Shouldn't I get an additional 25% for each vehicle I insure?
After all the more of them I drive the less chance any one will be in an accident, since I can't drive 2 or more at a time.

What was done to the truck before he bought it might not be a mod, more like a cluster****.
