Hey thread. Joesmokabo here. I was born in LA and raised in the San Gabriel valley. I'm currently in the IE. Rancho Cucamonga. I've had 4 S10s so far. A '98 4.3 reg cab. Then an '88 2.8 reg cab. I recently gave my 2000 2.2 reg cab to my son because I bought an '02 4.3 ext cab. finally room for speakers.

Hey Chase! Things are good, still married to JJ, we have two rig rats now. We moved to Alabama last march and moved back to Cali in December. No dimes anymore but have another tahoe. How is life treating you?

Good to hear and congrats! Say Hey to JJ for me. My S10 has been in the garage for 8 years. Finding time to work on it is hard. I'm on the east coast training with Amtrak so I'm a little home sick, but all is good otherwise. Have you kept in touch with Dave or any of the other guys? I'm curious to know how they are/have been.

soooooo i might be selling my single cab s10 (lowred work truck).... and buying a bagged ext cab..... im getting kinda stoked on having a mini again.... i miss having switchs!!!

going to pick it up in few hours. I went by and check it out and spent some time with the owner. Really cool older guy! truck looks like it was built in late 90s and has done more sitting then driving (only has 75k miles)
needs to be 4 linked... (on leafsprings still...)and paint asap then 20s or 22s, new tint and would like to do 98+ interior and front swap.
Might be trading my single cab for a custom paint job.... or just sell it for $1500 if anyone wants it.

Been years since I've been on here thought I'd see if things were still poppin lol few usernames are still familiar. Not sure if any of you remember me I went by KP or Porno but here's a pic from one of the meets I went to off here around 2008/2009. Recently moved back to OC after living in Oklahoma the past 10 years and was hoping there's still some shows/meets happening. I've gone the lifted route with my current truck but hopefully can get another bagged project soon.

I haven't been on this forum in over a year. Sold my Jimmy in February '17. Now thinking about a 1st gen S10/S15/Sonoma if I can get a good deal on a decent driver. If anyone knows of a good one, send me a pm or email. Must have a/c. Must have FI, no carbed engines. Prefer a V6, but would consider a 4 cyl. No preference on 2 wd or 4 x4, no preference on reg or ext cab. prefer an auto but stick is ok. Must run and be mostly stock, not looking for someone's project, no customs, no beat to death work truck, no salvage titled vehicles. Thanks. Tim
