im getting an '03 silverado single cab for a daily driver, anyone know if 2 12's will fit behind the seats comfortably?

in a 2 door, i doubt it... i know the 1500 SS theres no room at all, and in most 1500's theres not alot of room

O yeah they will fit no problem. A good friend of mine has 2-12" JL audio W6's behind is seat with 2 sealed type boxes and a amp rack in the middle with a directed 600D and I don't think he lost any clicks on the seat. If he did it was only one hes 6'2" and has plenty of room left.

I didn't know they made a 1500 SS regular cab, is it AWD, and why haven't I bought one then

Thats because there is no such thing, just like my ext. ss Dime(lol).
They just dont exist. But in 06 they offered a 2wd ss silverado, thats a tire smoker!

The box that my friend has was custom built for his truck. I'm not sure how universal boxes will fit.

i have a custom built box in a 01 silverado with 2 12 and it fits fine and the box was easy to build and still has good leg room
