Have you checked the cab floorboard integrity and/ or the body/ frame mount bushings? Either of those could contribute to the sagging, and if the bushings are shot they can be replaced.Hey s tennerz. Gooday. It appears mostly to be drivers rear. All else ok. I measured left frame rail to right. There is a fraction over 1-1/4. In lower driver side. And less arch in driver rear leafIs it sagging in the front or rear? If it’s the front then jack it up and give the torsion bar a few cranks.

Only two new gas shocks. All underbody is perfect. No wrecks. Each body panel is original with vin stickers still n place.Has there been any work done to the rear suspension such as leaf replacement?
