Have you checked the cab floorboard integrity and/ or the body/ frame mount bushings? Either of those could contribute to the sagging, and if the bushings are shot they can be replaced.

Is it sagging in the front or rear? If it’s the front then jack it up and give the torsion bar a few cranks.

Original posts says rear, and 2wd.

Most of the trucks sag a bit to the drivers side due to being heavier on that side.

Gooday. It appears mostly to be drivers rear. All else ok. I measured left frame rail to right. There is a fraction over 1-1/4. In lower driver side. And less arch in driver rear leaf

Only two new gas shocks. All underbody is perfect. No wrecks. Each body panel is original with vin stickers still n place.
