Hey guys I had an issue with the vapor canister for the fuel tank... fuel was coming out of the purge valve and we tested the purge valve it is fine but the vapor canister was plum full of gasoline. What is causing this?

Topping off the gas tank when filling up can cause overflow into the vent hoses and then into the canister.

super old design of fuel filler, and not reading owners manual that says don't top off when refilling.
