My 1995 S-10 Blazer has broken (and lost) THREE passenger side sway bar links in three months.

The front end was re-built (bushings, ball joints, etc.) at 200,000 miles by a dealer shop just before the links began dropping.

The dealer service manager claims it must be a bent sway bar. They have replaced two under service warranty but will probably balk at number three.

Any ideas?

What kind of area do you drive the truck in? Ive seen messed up end links come in on stock trucks that are driven hard thru hills and rough roads, but I havnt seen any broken..

We live in the Sierras, just north of Lake Tahoe, California. The Blazer is operated on mountain roads, highways, and freeways, occasionally in 4-WD - never off-road.

In other words, normal on-road SUV use.
