What makes you think you need new ones? If one is bad, better check the camshaft.

If an engine has 150K or more and I have to pull the intake manifold, I swap lifters while I'm in there. I've had a handful that rattle like castanets at around 200K. Wheels are fine, the internals are worn. If they tic tic tic a little until they're warmed up, they're done. Technology is a good bit better on the LS lifters than the early 80's when they were developed.
