This didn't happen recently but I feel like keeping its memory alive, so here is a story dedicated to it.

In 2009 my mom, sister, and I were in the germantown, TN area when tornado sirens went off. It happened to be my sister's birthday so we were out shopping with her. While in a Verizon store, some people ran in shouting to take cover. We ran to the back room while some employees closed some security blinds and locked us in. It got really quiet until a low rumble began getting loud. Soon, everything was shaking and the only thing I could hear besides what sounded like a train speeding by was my ears popping due to the pressure change. After about 15 seconds it stopped and we waited for the all clear. Luckily no one was hurt but the blazer was totalled. It actually got picked up and moved about 50 feet. It may be gone but I will always remember it.

The End.

Sorry for your loss..at least you and your family made it thru...it's just a vehicle, and can be replaced.
