if i chop the plug off the reverse light bulb socket and run wire to some foglights on my rear bumper..will it like them up ? i know the foglights came with a 25A inline fuse so does that matter at all ?

I don't like to chop off anything I own.

I rather tap into the wire or just remove the bulbs.
