If available, would you choose Proforged (Holley) boots or Energy Suspension (9.13101G)?

The boots for Proforged 104-10207 Outer Tie Rod Ends I installed ~10-2020 are split hole-to-hole. I have 0 miles on that vehicle since installation.

Web search indicates this is quite common. Here is an S10forum thread about the same issue.

Energy Suspension polyurethane tie rod end boot replacements install

Proforged (Holley) customer service is evaluating my invoice and photos. If they provide replacement boots in some way, whether it is just boots or entire tie-rod assemblies, would you even bother installing their boots again? The Energy Suspension 9.13101G are $6.20 shipped from Amazon and apparently fit the Proforged ends.

Thank you.

BTW, I used the mentioned Energy Suspension 9.13101G boots on the stock inner tie rods on the mentioned vehicle when I re-assembled the front suspension. IIRC, they fit well. Low mileage vehicle, so the inner rods were fine, but the boots were not.

I used the energy suspension boots. The pro forged ones broke when I looked at them, total junk.
