Is there a how-to on moving the gas filler neck into the bed or could someone tell me how to do it?

you can look from underneath and take a punch and mark your spot where the hole needs to be cut and cut the bed ( I would take it off) and slide the neck thru, you may need a longer piece of hose

I get all that, but i'm confused about connecting the filler neck to the gas tank.. you know what i mean, sorry if i sound like a moron. just wondeirng how it works.
