I just installed a winter aluminum cap on my 95, I swear the backend sank an inch. Even when I put 200-300 lbs the back will sink even lower. When the truck is empty it’s level, anyway I can stiffen the back end for dirt-cheap? I saw the Roadmaster Active Suspension but $200+ is not an option, maybe $50 would be. I’m not talking about a show truck, it’s a point A to B truck with the occasional load in the back that wont fit in the car.

Yup, Air Shocks are you're best bet.
Gabriel Hi-Jackers are good air shocks, these are what I run so I can carry my ATV in the bed with the 5" drop in the back...
