I have a quick question. Well here's what happened. I pulled off my door panel to reconnect a loose wire for my door actuator. So my door locks now work just fine. I haven't put the door panel on yet, it's just laying around. But when I turn off my ignition, my stereo turns off. It's supposed to stay on until I open a door. It was working just fine before I pulled my door panel off and now it's not working. Any Ideas? I didn't touch any wires except the wires for my actuator. Please help.

there is a switch on the side of the dash, that the door panel comes into contact with when closed. thats how your truck knows that the doors is open/closed. when you open the door, it lets the button out, when you close it, it pushes it in. either put your door panel back on, or for a temp. fix, slap a piece of duct tape over the button. you'll see it, right by your fuse cover.

Incidentally, depending on the setting of your dome override switch, your dome lights may be staying on, also.
