i have a 327 sb chevy that i can not seem to find a torque spec for the harmonic balancer, and the carberator. i got a holley 700 cfm double pumper, and a edlebroch aluminum manifold. i thaught teh harmonics balancer torque spec was 65, but when i torque it that far, the pullies dont line up anymore.

The spec for the balancer bolt is 65 ft lbs. leave it loose or let it work loose you will most likely be replacing the crankshaft. pulley alignment is another matter.

the pulley is pushed in 1/10th of an inch so i might have my machine shop make me a spacer, or somehow space my pulley out away from the balancer a bit
