purchasing s10 with hydraulics.help!

Im looking at a 2000 s10 with 84xxx. The truck has a hydraulic system already installed on it and i know nothing of these systems. The seller has explained theres a hole in the hose of the right rear. Thats irrelavant because I dont want the system installed. Its a good price so im planning on buying and reversing install back to factory suspension.. so my question is... has something been done that will make it hard for me to reverse this? i know noonecan tell without seeing the suspension. but is there like a procedure done during hydraulics install that is irreversible?.. total noob on hydraulics. any info will help.
