Still lots of wiring, piping and cleaning to go, but it'll go quick now that I got some time off work.... The intercooler mounting is going to be the hardest for sure.

Intercooler is going between the two front bumper supports... But its not laying flat like the mach kit.

So I guess to answer the question infront of the radiator.

TJ, do you have an email that I could send you a tuning file to?

not bad looking at all...hopefully itll fly... but didnt you run 14.8 with a non-stock tune? i think you mentioned a few things that were changed up once

my 14.8 was ran with a stock 4.3, SLP y-pipe, flow 40, and more timing/fuel via tunercat

looks good, just curious why did you chose a red/orange for your intake tubbing though ?

That tubing is temporary (steel, Im remaking in aluminum shortly)

The red is a very high build rust-preventitive primer that I had so I layed it on the pipes at no charge.. dont really like red, but it what I had, and its temporary.

ahh gotcha did u ever get a clutch for the 6 speed ?

Just got ANOTHER backorder notice for my clutch.

July 3rd now... started off May 29th ... Im getting pissed.

I'm about to give summit a call and demand a centerforce NOW.


I machined alot of things, but the bracket was not one of them... it's pretty much a mach kit without all the shitty mach design lol. Different pipes, location, intercooler, etc.

Im pretty much at a standstill without my clutch... as the tranny aids in mounting the engine.

Actually I have a box of Energy Suspension body mounts I could install lol ... This needs to get done as I am going ot Wyotech in September and this is the only time I've ever had any kind of trouble whatsoever with Summit.

thats awsome dude. that bracket looks pretty easy to machine great work though, how many psi? i like how there is alot more custom FI going on around here its very interesting. lots of turbo's but this is the first ATI and looks good hope it works out 4ya

Im sparting with 8-10 psi then moving up to 12-15 once I get it on a dyno and do some tuning.

nice... got my injectors wired and my A/C and heat removed, and inner fenderwells and ECU, washer resevoir, overflow jug, battery etc... I guess Ill snap a quick pic but it,s not really progress until I get everything relocated
