Well, been on the forum for 2 years now thought I would post my project truck up. Truck is a 99 standard cab 2.2 w 116,000 miles. Got this truck from a buddy of mine who didn't take care of it and left her in a empty field. When I got her she was all riced out with a half ass molded body kit, one M-3 mirror, beat to shit from being wrecked a couple times, and a few licks of a baseball bat from some pissed off people. Needless to say when I bought it my work was going to be cut out for me.

Since i've had her i've done a little work on the interior, and replaced a few beat up and missing parts. This project will probably take me a while to accomplish but here are my plans. Bagged and bodydropped, bodywork(fully shaved), suicide doors(maybe), 350 swap, sunroof or ragtop, custom interior, and custom paint.

So here is how she sits as of today. (JAN-25-2011)

Needs body work bad, you can see where the previous owner tried to mold the body kit and where the bumper cover rubbed the paint off the front bumper.

I shaved the third brake light and the passenger door handle back when it was his, then he wrecked it and it got beat down, after that he sold it to me. Since i've had it I replaced all the parts that were busted, the drivers door, mirrors, passenger fender, headlights, bumper valence, windsheild, and passenger window.

compared to the outside, the interior looks really nice. Good luck with all your plans, I'll be watching this because it looks like it will be an interesting project

edit: is it static dropped in the front? that looks crazy low just to be static.

Thanks man. The interior was trashed when I got it. Thats what i've been spending most of my time on redoing. Now that I got it how I want it im gonna start on the body. The truck had bags on it in those pics sitting on inners.

Interior looks nice, some factory styled floormats would really clean it up even more.

Are those the envoy handles you got from me a while back?

sweet, good job then. It looks really clean. I thought it must be on bags in the front but I didn't see any switches inside

Thanks colby, its gonna get some mats soon. As far as the handles go I honestly cant remember who I got hem from, but I do still have the miller shifter I bought off you.

Yeah the bags were just temporary with a ball valve under the hood just so I could move it around.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure you got the handles from me also.

Wanna sell me that shifter back? I'm actually fixing my s10 now and gonna drive it for a while I guess since I blew my blazer up, so shoot me a pm.

Sure ill sell it back to ya, I never did go get the damn budweiser handle for it and it needs to be polished again so if you want it you can get it for what I paid you for it. Sorry to hear about the blazer dude that sucks so whats going on with the truck, did you fix it?
