The bolt pattern for a 2wd s10 is 5x120.65 right? I've been told that 5x120 will work just fine though. So my questions is, how much of a noticable difference would that make in ride quality and fitment?

Moved to Wheels/Tires/Brakes.

It's been asked several times. Some say..no problem, others say, not a chance they're willing to take.

I'm running 5x120 wheels on my Blazer, BUT I'm using adapters and a different offset wheel than stock to have room for the adapters.

The issue with 5x120 vs 5x4.75 (5x120.65) is they are close enough that the wheels will physically fit on the wheel studs. Once the lugs are seated, though, there will be some deflection in those studs that wouldn't be there otherwise. I could see this being less of a problem if a hubcentric ring is used to keep the wheel centered.

But like was said already, some people have done it with no consequences, but there are also others who had to suffer broken studs, wheels running away, etc. My personal take is don't do it without the appropriate hubcentric adapters.
