That is a typical 4.3 pissing all over the driveway. Both of my 03 sonoma and my O2 Astro when I had it did the same thing. No matter how many times I replace gaskets it would just start leaking again. So far my '04 blazer has not started yet but I'm sure it's coming soon.
oil pan leak, water pump had no gasket and leaked, both motor mount were cracked and loose , rear main seal leaked oil cooler line cracked and small leak, exhaust leak on header, intake mani had leak too, they pulled engine to fix it all..

Might want to check that. Most Limited Lifetime Warranties are for the useful life of the item, against defects...not wear.
My original purchase for my Sonoma was back in 2016 and I've been exchanging them every 6 months without issue. Maybe I've just been lucky or the employees don't care and exchange it anyways. But I've exchanged them at different O'Reilly's over the last 5 years. When I go in I just tell them that I need to do a warranty exchange and they do it with no question.
