What engine and trans? Mileage? Are either good?

It was a 2.2 auto.Trans supposed to be good.Engine gone.Mileage im not sure of.I hooked a battery up and alot of stuff powered up.But the cluster didnt.If you know a simple way to power the cluster,i'll do it.
