anybody know the part number for a 98+ 5 speed center console for an extended cab?... i cant seem to find it anywhere

The center consoles come in pieces, but good luck finding part numbers for a 5-speed console. I've tried 3 dealerships and none of their computer systems even show it - I'm tring to find a shifter boot part #.
