I'd run atleast a 245/40 on 18's, my style would be to go as big as possible in the rear but you may just want to run 245's all around.

Calculating tire size is cake. We will use my tires for an example.

I run 235/55/18s all the way around.

235=WIDTH(in MM)
55=SIDEWALL HEIGHT in PERCENTAGE OF WIDTH
18=RIM SIZE

To convert MM to IN multiply by .03937 OR divide by 25.4. Those are both standard ways to convert MM to IN.

235MM x .03937=9.25"

9.25" x .55(which is 55 percent) = 5.09"

BUT REMEMBER...There are two sidewalls on either side of your wheel. So you double that number.

5.09" x 2 = 10.18

Add the diameter of your wheel to that number and you got your final tire size!

10.18" + 18 = 28.18"
