i have a 2wd 1999 s10 and i was wondering the offset i need to make the wheels sit flush? if u need anymore info about my truck or anything lmk, thanks

When asking for someones help or advice it pays to be polite.
Capitalization and punctuation makes it easier for all of us to read. Which in turn makes us more inclined to answer your question.
When you say sit flush, I assume you mean even with the edge of the fender. lay a straight edge across your tire and measure how far it is to where you want it to be. Your stock wheels are 0 offset. If you need to move it 2 inches outward you need 50mm offset. 25mm is 1 inch.

Not really a 4.3L engine topic. Probably needs to move to the Wheels and Tires section.
