Pull your EGR off and clean it out with some carb cleaner and see if that helps. The EGR valves rarley go bad they just get clogged with carbon.

Welcome to the forum. There are several here that will help you get it running...

Cleanning the EGR valve is only about 1/4 of correcting a stuck EGR plunger. The other 3/4's is sprayining a lot of carb cleanner into the top exhust port that connects to the EGR. Waiting about 10 minutes. Spraying it some more, then starting it up. Let it run for about 15 seconds for all that crap to blow out.
If you don't do that, it'll just get plugged right back up.

Before you pull the EGR:
Check for codes, then disconnect the negitive battery lead for a few minutes to clear the system.
Get a ~$15 vacuum gauge and a volt/ohm meter.
Pull the front top pass side vacuum line (the one that goes strait back and feeds the black ball on the fender well) of of the intake port. Connect the vac gauge to that port. Start the engine and run some tests.

You will need the volt/ohm meter to run tests on the sensors.
