So I prematurely made a post thinking I solved my issues with not working wipers after seeing the start side of the ignition switch is what should deliver power to abs and fuse 17 (washer/wiper) Power. But after replacing my ignition switch and being down another $80 the issue has not resolved. I still have no power to fuse 17 or any of my connectors for the wiper motor or wash pump. Please drop some ideas and suggestions I’m at a loss.

Klynch,
I've attached a wiring diagram that is for a 99 S10, but hopefully is similar. The power from the ign switch goes to the fuse block, and becomes a common power feed to the "retained accessory power" (RAP) relay and the wiper control module feed. If the RAP fed loads (the radio in particular) works, then the power feed from the ignition switch is working to the fuse box. Assuming the radio works, then you have to check connector C217 that brings the power to the wiper control module. C217 is a 4 wire connector number 12 on the other diagram I attached. Check for power at this connector (if you can get to it...). If there's power there, it's probably not making it to the wiper control module which I can't find the location of...

Try this, and I'll try to locate the WCM.

The wiper control module appears to be integrated into the wiper motor itself, based on a couple youtube videos.
Good luck...

Yes but It’s not getting any power whatsoever to the connector or even the fuse that’s earlier in circuit. Ignition B fuse has power which eventually leads to the ignition switch which was just replaced and still nothing

Does the abs work? Shows IGN B 50 amp Maxi fuse feeds that circuit also .

Sorry again super late reply, no abs does not work, I’m starting to suspect a bad bcm bc my blower motor has no power at all either and the resister seemed okay. I asked my uncle about it and he said after it sat for a while and he went to drive it the wipers, washer and and climate control weren’t working all of the sudden. I didn’t know this until last week

check wiring harness for rub/chaffing/chewing- drivers side near firewall
Already have, stared at all of the harness and grounds for a good bit. I’m starting to wonder if my bcm is just **** since so many components don’t work and the start is starting to act weird too. Not to the starters fault but something out of the excite wire side
