i got a bedrug for xmas and installed it today in my xtreme. here are some pics. the old bedliner really scratched the hell out of my bed tho.

Looks great. I love my bedrug, just need to get a lining for the underside of my tonneau cover like yours. Thats partially why I dont want to cut my bed if I ever bag my truck.
