There was never a kit, maybe a few parts and pieces when these trucks were still being sold at the dealer, but you will have to make everything one by one. Also, what hoses? radiator cooling hoses? heater hoses? vacuum hoses? fuel line hoses? vapor canister hoses? it'll be hard to give more precise information with more information explaining the issue.
