Ive got a iron headed 350 and need to know the max valve lift. The heads are stock except for a porting job, so that would meen the valve lift would be stock. I appreciate any help you guys can give me, and I trust you guys will.

Depends on clearances and what your valvesprings will allow you to run.

But you cant choose a valvespring until you choose a cam.

its a stock bottom end, stock iron headed, 350 small block. i can get casting numbers off the heads. all i know is it came out of a caprice that was fuel injected. im pretty sure its the gen II LT base motor. but it could be a first gen SB. i will get some block and head numbers.
