Hello, I might purchase a 1600 watt amplifier. I am not sure if it is enough power to make it so I can hear two 12" subwoofers. Should I buy 2? Anyway, I need to mount these two 12" speakers so they take up as little room as possible in my X-cab. I have a toolbox that pretty much takes up the whole xcab lengthwise. Well- I was wondering if it would be possible to mount the speakers directly to the metal wall that faces the front of the bed, on the inside. Although, I suppose the cone would hit the metal, so probably not. How can I mount 2 12" speakers in my truck so it takes just a little room? Tape them to the outside? I have duct tape and Elmer's glue.

(Half of this post is a joke, but I really need to know if anyone has some advice on saving space with 2 12s.)
