my truck originally had 213k when i bought it, it worked fine, started great, smoked for a second and then did awesome. So i took it apart, bag'd and v8 swap'd it. lol. If the engine is your only problem, i say bag it, engines are easier to swap IMO than any heavy suspension mods.
