Well after talking about it for almost 10 years im finally moving back to my hometown in Michigan, Port Huron to be exact. I wanted to post up and see if there were any other members in the area of the state for that matter. Would be cool to hang out and get to know some locals.
I have a 2002 Blazer ZR2 that has been lowered as much as you can lower it without any major cutting, roughly 7" drop front and back, and currently running 275/45 18 tires all around that are just about flush with the stock fender flares. I have a custom built T56 and AWD transfer case to swap in, and have an engine at the machine shop getting machined to build a .030 4.3 with splayed milodon main caps, eagle rods and wiseco flat top pistons, i have a set of fully ported vortec heads with 2.00/1.570 valves and a ported marine intake and a vortec 350 procharger kit to put on it that should get me around the 450AWHP range, or that's what im hoping for anyways. Its still full weight so wont be a 10 sec truck, but i think low 12's high 11's should be no problem, we will see. There is a thread in the 4wd dropping section with all the info and pics of the build up to this point.
