To look factory you would have to get a donor harness.

when i put powder doors on my truck, no there isn't a harness ready to go, so, if you use the google box, you will find many window door switch kits that look pretty factory. You can use your nonpower door panels and easily mount the switch in them for a real nice look. Or, like i did, mount the window switches in the center console.
But the window switch kits is super easy to install if you know what positive and negative means.
And you can add a Dakota digital remote for full window and door lock control, or, go to tyour local radio joint and have them install an alarm, and then that remote can open windows or lock/unlock the doors, along with remote start etc..

I went and got the door harnesses, about a foot of harness of the other side of the big connector to the door harness (if that makes sense), regulators, door panels and switches from the salvage yard. I also converted power mirrors and locks at the same time. When I had the dash out I ran all the wires I would need to connect side to side from door harness to door harness. I brought the power in as a add on circuit with a relay (to convert constant 12v to keyed 12v) and two circuit breakers (windows on a 30 and the mirrors and locks on a 10) For the door locks I went with aftermarket lock solenoids and and relays. I use the factory switches. All wiring mirrors the factory colors for any future trouble shooting and it will look completely factory.

Really not a hard job if you have access to wiring diagrams and plan it out. Biggest PITA was buying all the different rolls of wire to get the colors to match, IMO of course.
