I used a Quantum ( I think) 255LPH from ebay.

Isn’t the S10 pump sufficient for a stock motor?

IIRC, only the flex fuel pumps are sufficient. My FP went out, pre swap, and I put in the 255 FP when I still had the tutu in it. Swapped in cammed 5.3, left fuel system alone and it worked for me.

What pump to use 5.3 stock

google will be your friend here, but anyting that flows around 250liters per hour will work. Plenty of how tos and pics to show how to take your pump out and replace with a bigger one.
