Ive encountered an LS1 that came out of a 98 Camaro with 52k miles on it.
The shop says he will sell the engine, wireing harness, computer, and 4160E transmission for $3300.
Is this about what it should go for?

BUY IT BUT MAKE SURE YOU GET ALL THE WIREING HARNESSES FOT THE TRANNY AND MOTOR.
THAT IS ACCUALLY A GOOD PRICE FOR A LS1 AND A 4L60E I WOULD JUMP ON IT IN A HEART BEAT

Thanks...Ill make sure about the transmission wires and see if they wont come down some.

Will wiring be a problem or does someone like Painless make a wireing harness that will adapt to the rest of the body wireing harness and other things?

they said they have a 2000 LS1 with 6-speed, but I just dont feel like with a V-8 I would really want or need a 6-speed.
Its for 3800 also, and its also on E-bay...thats how I found them.

They are local to me so they said I can get it for cheaper .....:booty: :twiggss:
