I have a 97 phantom dually sonoma and a ls1 only problem is I don't have the 4.3 pulled yet and I don't want to pull it until I have everything for the swap. I have heard the it is easier with the vette acc. motor mounts but ls1 fbody mounts will work. Can I get the motor in there with all f-body mounts or do I need some of each. I don't mind cutting the frame that is no biggy we do that all the time. My concern is the steering box and fitting headers as well.

As for headers they would have to be custom made, We just used stock TA manifolds because it is tight on the drivers side. Used accessories, brackets, balancer, a/c compressor, p/s pump, etc from a vette. As for motor mounts we order the frame mounts from Lees High Tech Trucks. Even with the vette a/c compressor you still need to notch the frame.
