I have a 2001 s10 4.3 v6 around 91k miles. Engine light came on and I’ve noticed a loss of power and rough idle. Took to autozone and code reads misfire cyl 1. I started with replacing spark plugs, wires, distributor cap, rotor, air filter and fuel filter...runs a little better but still have the idle and loss of power on hills or just punching it to pass..it will go from 2500 rpms to 4000 rpms. Any suggestions??? I’ve heard to change the coils but what else could i start looking into.

Moved to 262/4.3.

Ignition parts should be OEM. Test your fuel pressure per the sticky in the 262/4.3 section by Burned. Something else to consider is a bad cat.
