so recently i got ahold of yet another bagged s10 that was done so terribly wrong lol. Im looking for some threads that have pictures of stock floor body dropping. I've searched but didnt find any thing that the pictures would work. im looking to do firewall back frame. any help would be awesome heres a few pictures of the truck and how horribly done it was lol or should i say hacked up

its currently stripped lol just dehumped the lower control arms got a set of 20's and drop spindles hopefully this weekend ill get the 2x3 to start the frame

i've seen much worse, but a body drop will look good, make sure to post a build thread and take lots of pictures!

Some people have no business doing wiring.

On the bright side it has a newish fuel pump because that's why its spliced in... the generics stopped doing the older square connector now they do the GT280 connector as shown in that picture and they ship a new pigtail in the box with the units to splice in exact like shown... lol.

If you want to stock floor and save some foot room move the cab back also. Basically closing the gap between the cab and the bed. You won’t have to tub the firewall nearly as much. Just remeber to take the same amount out of the front frame horns so the fenders and nose line up when it all goes back together.

You don’t have to go crazy on the frame. Easiest way is to cut the top off the frame and lay the 2x3 inside from the firewall to atleast the back of the cab. Building a 3/4 frame isn’t necessary.
