Honestly, if you want to get the best converter for your application, call a good converter company, not B&M.
Converters are not what I would call cheap for the trans you have so you might want to get some more mods done and have your engine close to complete before getting one.
I have no idea what you've done to it with the HPP3 but that and everything else you've listed sounds like the stock converter, which should stall around 2050 rpm, should work fine.
