Hello, I have a 1984 single cab long bed s10 with a v8 and a th350 short tail tranny. It has the factory 2 piece drive shaft I was wondering if there was a one piece gm drive shaft that is the Proper length with out getting one cut down? I also have a th350 long tail tranny that I could use if I could find a drive shaft to fit that one. Haven’t done any measuring yet, just wanted to see if anybody else is in the same boat as me. Thanks

I used a one piece aluminum driveshaft from the 98 era long bed S10 on my 1991 with the 2.8 and T5 manual. Length was right, but I had to flip the center support bearing cross member underneath the frame to make sure I had enough clearance. I was also not dropped at all.
